Reviews, scans, summarizes, files and organizes investigative reports, testimonies, interviews, files, and documents for a variety of civil cases. Reads and analyzes reports of investigating agencies. Sorts, reads and organizes subpoenaed documents. Identifies and summarizes important documents. Establishes and maintains an effective system of compiling, indexing, organizing, and retrieving information and its sources. Assists AUSAs, agents, paralegals, and legal assistants with discovery and in preparation for trial by compiling, organizing, and indexing various types and forms of evidence. Marks and identifies trial exhibits and drafts a list of exhibits to be offered at trial. Prepares narrative summaries, charts, tables, graphs, or other visual aids to be used in hearings, depositions, meetings and at trial. Assists with copying, mailing, closing files, and maintaining pleadings. Assist with administrative tasks, including providing technical advi! ce to attorneys and staff on legal automation requirements, sy! stem capabilities, and on information system analysis, development, and installation.

Compensation is 19.21/hr
