Position Description:
AIG has an opportunity for an Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal in the Las Vegas Staff Counsel Office. The Paralegal will be responsible for collaboratively working with multiple attorneys within Construction Default Litigation.
AIG Staff Counsel has an opportunity for a Paralegal in our new Las Vegas, NV of f ice.
The of f ice w ill handle general and professional liability claims, including auto, premises, product liabilty, construction defect, agents and brokers, medical malpractice, etc. Key responsibilities for this position include:
Assist attorneys during all phases of Construction Defect, Casualty, and Professional Liability litigation, including but not limited to, communication w ith clients, experts and other legal coun! sel; preparation of discovery responses; summarizing discovery! responses and medicals; preparation of expert witness designations; review ing and summarizing job f iles and assisting attorneys w ith trial preparation.
