Salute Mission Critical are looking to hire a Data Centre Site Representative (https://salutemissioncritical.com/careers/) in Dublin, Ireland to support our existing team. In this role you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the Field Engineers and the customers, making sure that the data centre is running smoothly and safe. The Data Centre Site Representative will monitor closed-circuit television and alarm systems, record event logs, and perform other duties such as:
Responsibilities
- Observe and report irregularities and any suspicious activities
- Make daily rounds, and watch for irregular or unusual conditions
- Observe departing personnel and ensure that authorised removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Work closely with the Network Operations Centre team in Amsterdam to solve or escalate issues
- Contribute to communication and awareness of site policies and issues as needed
- Manage the flow of visitors; monitoring entrances/exists to control and direct traffic

- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work all shifts (Monday – Friday: 19:00 – 06:30 / Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays: 07:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 07:00)
The role is based in Dublin and would require flexibility working shifts: Monday – Friday: 19:00 – 06:30 / Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays: 07:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 07:00). The Rota's are known a month in advance.
