Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS") is currently seeking qualified and motivated professional f or the position of Realty Support Services for assistance to process one
realty acquisition under the Southern Nevada Public Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA).
Functions:
- The work to be performed under this contract requires:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to interact with the staff, landowners and their representatives, attorneys, environmental professionals, and others;
- Strong organization and time-management skills;
- Ability to prioritize many complex tasks simultaneously and maintain project files that are complete and easily understood;
- Expert knowledge of the real estate industry and issues affecting title;
- Experience or knowledge on carrying out lands and realty transactions consistent with the client's policies and regulations; and
- Experience with a variety of complex real property transactions..
- Experience with Southern Nevada Public Land M anagement Act (SNPLMA)
