Position Requirements
Frias Transportation Management is seeking a motivated candidate who takes initiative and has demonstrated a history of success in arbitration, mediation, and litigation. Candidate must have strong leadership skills in a diverse industry with extensive claim litigation experience. Candidat! es must be capable of handling multiple cases with wide ranges! of complexity with minimal supervision. This position requires a proactive approach with settlements and resolution of claims.
Education Requirements
A four-year college degree, law school degree, and membership of the State Bar of Nevada, in good standing are required.
Five to seven years experience in arbitrations, mediations and litigation is desired. At least two years experience with personal injury and insurance defense cases is required. Must have experience in case management compliance with fillings, motions and discoveries.
