The Siegel Group, a commercial real estate andbusiness development company, is seeking an attorney with 3 or more years ofexperience in commercial lawwith litigation experience preferred.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Attorney will assist the General Counsel in alllegal matters on behalf of this growing real estate investment and managementcompany. Practice areas include general civil litigation, corporate andreal estate transactions, contracts, real estate-related litigation, employmentlaw and commercial collections. This is an outstanding opportunity for apro-act! ive, hard-working, very organized, detail-oriented, motivatedp! rofessional who enjoys working in a team environment but can workindependently on their own.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Nevada Bar membership required. California Bar, a plus.
- Must have 3 years of firm experience.
- Must have strong research skills.
- Must be able to conduct draft and argue motions.
- Must have meaningful experience in all stages of discovery with extensive deposition experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters
- Excellent interpersonal team skills and highly team oriented
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to work independently
