Snell & Wilmer is a full-service business law firm with more than 400 attorneys practicing in nine offices throughout the western United States and ! in Mexico, including Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; Los Angeles and Orange County, California; Denver, Colorado; Los Cabos, Mexico; Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; and Salt Lake City, Utah. The firm is currently seeking to hire one or more attorneys with solid experience in commercial litigation on a non-partnership track, contract basis to assist with financial services litigation cases. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will be eligible to participate in firm’s 401(K) Savings Plan. Work arrangements would be determined mutually, with reduced hour options and telecommuting flexibility. The ideal candidate will have overall litigation case management experience including drafting motions, handling discovery including depositions, and experience in court proceedings. Experience in banking and mortgage cases a ! plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills! required. Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and/or Nevada bar admissions preferred.
