Trial Attorney The candidate's duties will include: Representation of subcontractor parties in construction defect litigation from ince! ption to resolution; Handling all aspects and phases of the file, including investigation, discovery, pleading, evaluation, mediations, hearing, motions and trial; Proactively identify and communicate exposure and risk in a timely manner to insured clients and claim partners; Take a leadership role in working collaboratively with claims and business partners to achieve results; Compliance with Litigation management Guidelines, to include communication with clients, claims adjusters, attorneys and mediators.
The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree. 6+ years of CD experience is needed. Should have Nevada Bar Membership. Trial experience is needed. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft word/outlook is required.
