Will be responsible for investigating, evaluating an! d disposing of new and existing excess layer construction defect claims. Preparing needed support document settlements and manage cases assigned. A J.D.
degree preferred. Coverage background and/or litigation experience are preferred as are computer skills and reinsurance knowledge. Ability to handle complex claims involving diverse coverage issues related to construction defect claims will be required. Strong analytical and organizational skills along with excellent communication, negotiation and investigation skills are required.
Some travel may be required.
