We are a growing 3PL company servicing small businesses by offering eCommerce and wholesale order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory management.
We are looking for a Shipping Lead that has experience and hustle, the ability to problem solve and manage with energy, direction and leadership. High-level and clear communication are a must.
The ideal candidate is passionate about operations, attention to details, caring for other's products, and service oriented - someone that can delegate but also get their hands dirty.
Lastly, this person has working knowledge and professional fluency of a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management System (OMS) and team chat software.
- Must have experience with a shipping software and Order Management System such as Shipstation, Shiphero, Shippo, Cin-7, 3PL Central, Brightpearl, etc.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
