Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Disbursal Department Manager.
Candidates must have an understanding of personal injury settlements (bill verification, rate reduction, attorney liens, and disbursement of se ttlements, etc.). Individuals with high energy that are extremely fast paced are top candidates!
It is a requirement to have prior management experience.
Must have experience in Disbursement.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assign projects to Disbursal Reps
- Assist Disbursal Reps. with any issues they encounter
- Confirm projects Disbursal Reps have completed are accurate
- Re-verify all providers before disbursing funds
- Ensure all medical providers are being paid
- Give final approval for funds to be disbursed and checks cut
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; MS outlook, word
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent client service skills
- QuickBooks experience preferred
Must have worked in the last 3 months. Bilingual is a plus.
