Associate Trial Attorney The candidate will be responsible for the competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all cases assigned by supervisor. Cases can involve all areas of tort practice. Responsible for handling matters of moderate complexity and/or exposure and may assist in the handling of cases assigned to other attorneys.
The candidate should have a four-year college degree, law school degree, and membership in good standing of the Nevada State Bar. Should have a demonstrated history of s! uccess as lead trial attorney in cases with moderate to great ! exposure and complexity. Must have 5+ years of first chair jury trial experience, ideally in insurance defense or personal injury. Should also have 1+ year of experience as an attorney or comparable outside experience. Must be capable of handling cases of moderate exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision. Paralegal, claims, or insurance experience helpful.
