We serve attorneys and physicians by minimizing their staff's time and expense spent on medicati! on and reimbursement issues. RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and creating business relationships with partners at law firms, physicians and medical treatment facilities in your assigned territory. You will identify prospects, present programs, close new business, and develop and manage the relationships. On a daily basis you will:
Manage relationships with key customers and accounts and develop a deep understanding of their needs
Identify, prioritize and pursue new opportunities with current and future customers and foster utilization by existing customers
Utilize company database for all account tracking and documentation
Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed expansion within your assigned territory
Represent IWP a! t trade association meetings and prepare reports showing activity and results
Partner with Finance, Customer Service, Pharmacy and other internal departments to understand their strategic priorities and creatively identify opportunities to support those priorities
Achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives
Required Skills
An entrepreneurial âbusiness-owner" mentality
Demonstrated exceptional success in previous sales roles
Strong history of relationship selling
Aptitude to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, both as a team player and as an individual performer
Capability to build and foster high-level strategic alliances with customers and within IWP
Stellar presentation, listening, empathizing
Required Experience
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent relatable work experience
2+ years of service/consultative/abstract selling
