Southern Nevada, a non-profit, public interest law firm is seeking a Staff Attorney for its Consumer Right Project to provide direct representation to low income ! clients with Litigation and Foreclosure matters. Litigation typically involves payday loans, auto title loans, used car dealers, and debt collection defense, along with class action litigation. Candidate should have foreclosure and litigation experience, familiarity with state justice and district courts, federal court and state and federal consumer protection statutes. Excellent legal writing and communication skills a must. Prefer bi-lingual candidate, English/Spanish, but not required. Qualified candidates must possess an active/good standing Bar License from any United States jurisdiction. Salary depends upon experience.
