This job will have the following responsibilities:
To lead quality program and activities by assuring the quality of the ingredients, mixes, finished products! and environment of the plant; maintain quality records for regulatory and company use. Final review of Supplier Non Conformance and communication / resolution with suppliers Participate in HACCP team activities Provide support for FSSC 22000 program Statistical Process Control reporting Support Quality KPI’s by leading Quality Technicians toward goals Support Root Cause Analysis of Consumer Complaints and Quality Incidents Audit / Inspection support (internal and external audits) Abide by all plant Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies Support product test runs Perform Sanitary Equipment Design reviews Support Mock Recall exercises
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree 3-5 years of lab experience in the food industry Dairy Lab experience is a plus Proficient in applying technical standards, concepts and techniques.
