MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Description: The Judge Group is looking of MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR right now, this job will be designated in Nevada. More details about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Will oversee 20 hourly mechanics. Oversee maintenance of facility refrigeration system, wa! rehouse freezer and infrastructure equipment, boilers, air compressors hot and cold water systems, cip systems etc. to include daily scheduling planning and review of work and PMs for utility mechanics to allow seven day/week 24-hour coverage of the systems and facility Support both capital and in-plant project work Provide technical support to mechanics as required Maintain critical spare parts program Maintain records for two ammonia systems Ensure all PMs related to refrigeration systems and the regulatory programs are up to date and complete Maintain PID drawings for the refrigeration systems; help ensure accuracy and update as necessary Maintain leak logs relief valve logs etc. Develop and update ammonia system SOPs and policies using appropriate systems Assist with compliance to other regulatory programs storm water hazardous waste air quality OSHA etc. Maintain water treatment system for boilers and condensers with help of outside vendor Maintain plant system e.g. fi! re sprinkler system security systems paging systems etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have a BS Degree, engineering is preferred. Need 5 years of food manufacturing experience and 3 years as a supervisor. Must have PSM/ammonia refrigeration experience and a experience with boilers and air compressors. Should be flexible with shift.
